Refund policy

Returns: Under New York state law, alcoholic beverages may not be returned once sold, except in the case of defective bottles.  Undeliverable shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information being provided will either be reshipped at the expense of the customer or refunded, minus applicable shipping & return fees as described above.

All other merchandise may be returned and refunded within thirty (30) days in unused and new condition to the original purchase method. Beyond thirty days, Fulkerson Winery and Farm may at its own discretion issue returns in store credit, pending the condition of the returned merchandise. The purchaser is responsible for any return shipping/freight charges. Certain items may be subject to a restocking fee. 

Produce, live plants, juice, food items, and food additives/chemicals and yeast may not be returned or exchanged. Purchases of these items are final.
